Wing Tai To Preview The LakeGarden Residences – Jurong’s First Private Residential Project In Seven Years

SINGAPORE, 21 JULY 2023– Wing Tai Asia (永泰) will preview The LakeGarden Residences (嘉湖庭) this Saturday, 22 July 2023. Sales booking will commence on 5 August 2023. The 306-unit residential development that overlooks the tranquil lake and lush greenery of the Jurong Lake Gardens, will be Jurong’s first private residential launch in seven years.  The site was acquired by Wing Tai in a collective purchase in May 2022.  

The 99-year leasehold development comprises two 19-storey residential towers with a diverse mix of unit types, including one-bedroom to five-bedroom plus study units, ranging from 484 sq ft to 2,260 sq ft. Four exceptional duplex penthouses ranging from 2,002 sq ft to 2,260 sq ft, with private lift access, will also be available for sale. When completed in 2027, 75% of the units will enjoy the unrivalled lakefront views and lush greenery of the Jurong Lake Gardens surroundings.

The LakeGarden Residences is located within the up-and-coming Jurong Lake District, earmarked by the government as the second Central Business District, set for exciting changes.
