Ng Kim Huat
Group Chief Financial Officer
Mr Ng Kim Huat joined Wing Tai in 2003, and oversees the financial reporting and controls, treasury, information technology and tax functions of the Group.
He is a Certified Chartered Accountant, and has more than 10 years of audit experience with an international public accounting firm in Singapore.
Mr Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore.
Karine Lim
Group Chief Human Resource Officer
Ms Karine Lim joined Wing Tai in 2004 and oversees Wing Tai’s human capital strategy and management.
She has more than 30 years of human resource management experience in the retail, property and public transport industries.
Ms Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute.

Helen Chow
Director
Ms Helen Chow has held several positions with Wing Tai since 1975. She was appointed Director of Wing Tai Property Management Pte Ltd in 1991.
She oversees the marketing and sales functions in the property division. In her role, she develops and implements strategies for Wing Tai’s property products to achieve optimal marketing mix, and manages the sales operations across geographies to achieve revenue goals.
Ms Chow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mills College in Oakland, California, USA.
Stacey Ow Yeong
Head, Marketing
Ms Stacey Ow Yeong joined Wing Tai in 2014, and is currently responsible for the sales and marketing of Wing Tai’s portfolio of residential developments in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
She has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, including more than 15 years in the residential and integrated properties industry in Asia and the Middle East.
Ms Ow Yeong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Joseph Quek
Head, Property Management & Customer Service
Mr Joseph Quek joined Wing Tai in 2014, and is currently responsible for property management and customer service, facilities management, quality control and quality assurance, as well as costs and contracts of Wing Tai’s portfolio of residential and commercial developments in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
He has over 30 years of experience in property and customer services, facility management and quality assurance industry in Asia and the Middle East.
Mr Quek has a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
Jim Lau
Head, Project Management
Mr Jim Lau joined Wing Tai in 2018, and currently oversees the project management of Wing Tai’s portfolio of residential and commercial developments in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Australia.
A Registered APEC Architect and a Registered Architect in Australia, he brings with him 25 years of project management experience across Asia, Australia and the USA.
Mr Lau holds Bachelor of Design Studies & Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) degrees from the University of Queensland.

Christopher Chong Lye Sun
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Christopher Chong joined Wing Tai in 2015, and oversees the financial reporting and controls, treasury, information technology and tax functions of Wing Tai Malaysia.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant, and brings with him over 25 years of experience with an international public accounting firm as well as senior finance appointments in public listed companies.
Mr Chong is a Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) professional graduate.
Cheryl Wong Kam Hong
Head – Human Resource
Ms Cheryl Wong joined Wing Tai in 2006 and is responsible for Wing Tai Malaysia’s human resource functions and management.
She has over 20 years of human resource management experience in both local and multinational companies.
Ms Wong graduated from Universiti Malaya with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree.

Ang Kee Ping
Deputy Managing Director, Central Region
Mr Ang Kee Ping joined Wing Tai in 2017, and currently oversees Wing Tai Malaysia’s property development and property investment activities in the Central Region of Malaysia.
He brings with him 25 years of experience in the property development sector, including public listed companies.
Mr Ang holds a Degree in Science (Housing, Building and Town Planning) from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Tan Kok Cheang
Senior General Manager, Northern Region
Mr Tan Kok Cheang has held several positions within Wing Tai Malaysia since 1995, and is currently responsible for property development, marketing and sales, as well as property investment in the Northern Region of Malaysia.
He started his career with Wing Tai as Project Manager at DNP Land Sdn Bhd, which was a subsidiary of Wing Tai Malaysia Sdn Bhd. He held the position of Senior General Manager before his transfer to Wing Tai Malaysia Property Management Sdn Bhd as part of a rebranding exercise in 2019.
Mr Tan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Degree in Housing, Building and Town Planning, from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Adeline Chong Chyi Wei
Deputy Executive Director
Ms Adeline Chong joined Wing Tai in 2007 and currently manages the retail subsidiaries of Wing Tai Malaysia.
She began her career with Wing Tai as Assistant General Manager before being promoted to General Manager in 2010, and Senior General Manager in 2017. She was appointed to her current role in 2020.
Ms Chong graduated from Western Michigan University, USA with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (Mass Communication) degree.
